Even Fitness Gets Spooky

Dressing up for Halloween this weekend across the Upper Cumberland, everything from Zumba classes with Piper Landis to a Monster Mash to races got in the Spooky spirit.

An early morning Fun Run in Cookeville had some suspicious looking characters in it, and the afternoon at Del Monico Winery in Baxter was flavored with face painting, ring toss and the sounds of a passenger train enjoying the fall foliage and harvest colors.

Piper Landis and her Livingston, TN Zumba class entertained with a Flash Mob performing the dance to the song “Thriller” on the square Saturday morning, and the dancing in the Upper Cumberland continued through the evening with a Monster Mash benefit.

It’s been a full weekend of Halloween frolicking, and CookevilleTimes has the photos to prove it.
