By Vern Crabtree

Cookeville bodybuilder Jordan Clark will be traveling to Knoxville, Tennessee this Saturday to compete in the 2007 Greater Knox Classic.

Living on a diet consisting of Tuna, baked chicken, steamed vegetables, oats and water over the past eight weeks, Clark managed to chisel off 25 lbs of unwanted fat and water from his 6’4” 250 pound frame.

Pumping iron six days a week, Clark’s pre-contest training consists of two hours per day with 15 sets per body part at 15-20 reps per set.

Clark began his serious weight training after he moved to Cookeville and graduated from Tennessee Tech University in Business Management in 2003.

Training at Racquet Master Fitness Center, Clark will also be competing in the 2007 Tennessee Bodybuilding Championship next week on August 18 at MTSU.
