Marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia

Officer Mitch Harrington stopped the subject after "he rode by me as a passenger in a vehicle and yelled at me out the window "F.... you!" this was said within earshot and heard by several subjects standing outside a nearby business". Officer Harrington stopped the car and searched Erekson for weapons. According to the report, the officer found a small plastic baggie that contained marijuana and a pack of rolling papers. The subject was taken to jail and charged and is now being held on $1500.00 bond.

Mylinda J Jenkins

Shoplifting

Officer Donna Revis reported that she was sent to Rugged Warehouse when someone called in a complaint of shoplifting. Suspect Mylinda Jenkins was reportedly located inside the nearby Dollar Tree store when Officer Eric Hall arrived on the scene. The officers were given permission to search the car where they reported that they found several pieces of clothing stacked in the back seat and several more pieces of clothing in the front passengers seat. All of these items were identified as merchandise of Rugged Warehouse. The total amount of clothing came to $157.86 before taxes. Ms. Jenkins was taken into custody and brought to the PCSO and booked for Theft of Property (shoplifting).
