Prosecutors had expressed interest in seeking the death penalty in the case of the murder of 27 year old Kimberly Wyatt and her 4 year old daughter Sarah.

In 2006, Huston Lloyd was charged with murdering the two in a Cumberland County parking lot.

Lloyd requested a and was granted a change in venue from Cumberland County to Putnam County for his trial.

In court this week facing two life sentences, Huston Loyd pled guilty.

Loyd reportedly admitted that he killed Kimberly Wyatt and her daughter Sarah in exchange for a plea agreement that included him serving the two concurrent life sentences with no chance of parole.

Wyatt's other daughter, age 6 at the time of the murder, was unharmed but was present in the parking lot and witnessed the events.

As a result of the plea, Lloyd's sentences will likely keep him in prison for the rest of his life
