Thursday Shift Summaries
First shift
Activity from Thursday held of 27 CAD entries resulting in three reports. Officer J. Long took a theft report on E 13th. St theft of a Garmen GPS. Officer Langford responded to a domestic on Park West Dr. involving an elderly female being harassed by her children. This was one of three calls there today. Officer Franklin responded to Walgreens in reference to fraud to obtain meds.
Second shift
According to CAD we responded to 32 calls for service. Officers filed one accident report and one incident report and wrote one citation in lieu of continued custody.
Third shift
We had 23 entries in cad which resulted in three arrests and a couple of citations in lieu of arrests. Officer Collier responded to Denton Avenue because of a domestic. He observed adult/male assault his wife by hitting her with his elbow as he held their child. He was arrested for domestic assault. Collier saw the assault through the window as he approached the residence. Officer Collier and Moore arrested adult/female on existing warrants after a traffic stop on 10th Street. Officer Blankenship arrested adult/male on existing warrants after finding him onE. Spring street. Officer deClaire took a report at Kroger’s after a subject threatened the clerk because she refused to sell him beer.
