Jiggle the Calories to Jog the Weightloss

Counting The Calorie

1500-2000..that is the range of calories the average American needs on a daily basis and if you’ve ever counted your calories you know how challenging it can be to stay on target.

Oatmeal is a good choice for breakfast and you can save some calories by choosing regular oatmeal instead of the flavored and by putting a little fruit in there instead of sugar, you’re making a better choice.

As for selecting snacks the 100-calorie packs are a good choice for cutting calories.

So these good habits of normally choosing lower calorie items are going to make or break whether you find yourself in 5-10 years the same size person, a little slimmer or bigger and its just the daily choices you make.
