Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular surgeon Leheb H. Araim, M.D., has returned to join the staff at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He will be working with Dr. Lewis Wilson and Dr. G. Todd Chapman of Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular Surgery Associates, affiliate of The Physician Associates of Cookeville Regional.
Dr. Araim received his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA, in 1998. He completed his General Surgery residency at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga, TN, where he also served as Administrative Chief Resident. Dr. Araim went on to complete his Cardiothoracic Surgery residency at the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY. He recently completed a Cardiothoracic Surgical Fellowship at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center in Memphis, TN.
Board certified in General Surgery and Thoracic Surgery, Dr. Araim is pleased to return to the Upper Cumberland and looks forward to serving the medical needs of our community. He is currently accepting patients at the offices of Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular Surgery Associates, located at 228 West Fourth Street, Suite 301.
