(in the picture) Kevin Lee and Justin Allen Tabor were arrested for Theft of Motor Vehicle and Theft of Property from a building at One Hour Martinizing on Foutch Drive. The report stated that the two got the keys to the vehicle from the office, took a van and was later found asleep in the van in White County.

The senario is that the person receives a check for several thousand. spend around $100 at one store, spend around $100 at another store and send most of the money back.... but the check is no good.....
