(In the Picture) Cara Eugenia Allen was arrested for Forgery at Walgreen's on S. Willow Avenue. Ms. Allen was trying to get a prescription filled that had been altered from 4 (four) to 14 fourteen pills of Loritabs (hydrocodone).

Michael James Chism was cited for Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Driving on Suspended or Revoked License on W. 4th Street. A witness called the Police to report that a vehicle that had been in a bad accident was driving away. Mr. Chism's vehicle was towed.

Carol Nelson and Crystal J Engdahl were cited for taking items from Advanced Auto Parts on S. Willow Avenue and not paying for them.

No suspects in a Theft of Property at Clarion Inn bar on S. Jefferson Avenue. Someone stole a purse from a table in the bar. Items stolen were valued at around $400 along with credit cards.
