Benjamin Fisher age 25 of Cookeville was arrested after Cookeville Police investigated further into how a juvenile ended up at the hospital with alcohol poisoning.

According to the report, the minor stated that he and Jason went to Ben's house to play beer pong, Ben also gave him some Jack Daniels and some Gin because Jack Daniels was expensive.

The minor drank more than four times the adult legal limit, so much until he passed out.

The Police report stated that Fisher and unnamed others used Magic Markers to draw on the Minor's body and left him on the floor instead of getting him medical attention, but Jason Payne called the Minor's mother. Afterwards the minor ended up on a ventilator at CRMC.

Both the minor and Jason Payne age 19 of Monterey, TN was cited for Illegal Consumption/Possession of alcohol from the same party on Woodland Avenue.

Fisher is being charged with AGGRAVATED CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT.
