The Cookeville Department of Leisure Services was proud to hold the 2012 Father Daughter Date Night--there 24th year in a row. According to the event director, Cara Sheets, some father and daughter couples have made it a tradition and attended all twenty-four years without missing. Sheets also said that some for some dads and daughters, this was their first year to start their tradition. 

Sheets said that the event sold out with 350 tickets per night being sold for a total of 1050 attendees over the three different nights it was held. Since selling-out is the norm for this event, one should buy tickets early.  

Tickets for next year's Cookeville Father Daughter Date Night will go on sale in January of 2013 and the event will always be held around Valentines Day.  For more information, call Cara Sheets with the Cookeville Department of Leisure Services at 931 520 5297.
