President Obama wants a Supreme Court Justice to be endowed with
empathy.

So, I consulted my dictionary for the definition of the word.

There were two. It's the imaginative projection of a subjective state into
an object so that the object appears to be infused with it.

The second definition fits Judge Sotomayor to a "T." It's the capacity for
participation in another's feelings or ideas. Look at the New Haven
firefighters' case.

The feelings by Judge Sotomayor--that since blacks did not pass, then the whole exam must be voided.

That's certainly not injecting empathy into the mix.

She has also said that Hispanic women judges can make more cogent
decisions than white male judges.

Then she said in another speech that she knew the Appellate judges are not supposed to make policy but that Appellate level policy should be made, prepared remarks no less, that's the mark of an activist judge.

She shows here that she is not at all interested in interpreting the law--only legislating from the bench.

She has been nominated so as to show us who Obama really is.

Her opinions will reflect Obama's views on what is wrong with the U. S. Constitution.

Her quote in the Princeton Yearbook is from a marxist.

She is also a member of La Raza.

Redistribution of the wealth of America is a function of the Supreme
Court.

The idea is to make this Supreme Court more radical then the Warren
Court.

President Obama wants to change America, an America that is unjust.

Via the Supreme Court, Sotomayor is just his first step.

After all, he told us early on after his inauguration that we "ain't seen nothing that."

He wants her to walk up those marble steps and to start providing justice as if justice hadn't been provided up until now.

Oh, yeah, she also has said that the Second Amendment doesn't apply to the states.

She has her thumb on Lady Justice's scales and her blindfold has
been removed by Judge Sotomayor to her activist way of thinking.

Justice isn't blind, and it is biased by her liberal activist views.

When she has written the lead opinion, she has been overturned by the Supreme Court 60% of the time.

She has reportedly bullied both defendants and plaintiffs as a trial judge and attorneys at all levels in both judicial appointments that she has had.

She will be a willing participant in the usurpation of the Constitution.

This is as President Obama wants. She is a mirror image of him.

He doesn't believe that the Constitution says enough regarding what
government can do for the people.

It doesn't say anything about the embrace of marxism as this country is heading.

And, make no mistake, we are rushing headlong into that belief.

She is just one hammer in his toolbox that he will use to hit us over the head.

Further justice appointments down the road will change Obama's hammer to a sledgehammer and then to a jack hammer that he will use to forever wield to change America from a capitalist country to a marxist/socialist nation.

The elections of 2010 are our only hope to reverse the trend.

It will be too late by 2012.

Redistribution of wealth must not happen.
