Avery Trace Girls Win Cross Country Tournament

The Nestle Waters event was held Saturday at the Macon County Cross Country Course and was a standard 2 mile cross country course.

Battling against 13 other schools -- a total of 92 runners--the Avery Trace Middle School girls low-scored (the lower the score, the better in cross country) with a 69 (tying with Central MS) for first place.

Coach Chris Mussard expressed that he was pleased with the girl's efforts.
