The Cookeville High School Cavalier Wrestling Squad sent nine grapplers to the State Level Tournemant this year.

It has been running Thursday, Friday, and today--the final Tennessee State Champion Matches being held at 6:00 tonight.

Those qualifiers who made it to state

As of Saturday morning, the Cookeville Cavs are currently 5th place in the state.
 
At 6:00 P.M. this evening, two will be wrestling for state champion

140 John Birdwell, who will wrestle earlier today, will have the chance to get 3rd  place, (but will definitely get between 3rd and 6th).
